Job Description:
• manage company operations, responsible for objectives achievement
• settle, together with the Sales Director, the sales strategy
• observe quality of purchased services
• development, monitoring and follow-up of project priorities, and project plans
• solving project problems and conflicts when necessary
• ensuring a good information flow
• ensure effective distribution and customer relationship management
• provide leadership, direction and motivation to the related staff
• monitor performance against service and cost targets and insure the implementation of actions to reverse identified areas of under-performance
• develops local company team
• acting as a central point of communication for the project team
Job requirements:
• excellent planning and organizing skills
• excellent negotiator
• good priority setting, fast decision making, good motivator, excellent at goal setting and monitor progress)
• managerial competencies including sales, marketing, operations, finance
• strong leadership skills
• extremely detail oriented, dependable, analytical, problem solver
• strong communication skills

• previous experience in a managerial position
• positive attitude, team player experiences
• very good command of English (spoken and written)
• strong computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
