- developmnent of the Romanian subsidiary of the company (in Timisoara or Bucharest)
- the management of entering the Romanian market
- setting up the team of consultants and the coordination of their work
- the rendering of services to clients, providing consulting
- establishing good market relations, and new client acquisition
- meet strategic goals
- college/university degree in economics or HR or related fields
- fluent in Romanian, English and Hungarian
- at least 3 years experience in the field of personnel consulting or company HR
- some years of management experience in rendering services is a must
- an established circle of personal contacts and a good judgement of the human character
- excellent sales and communication skills
- commitment, success orientation and strategic thinking
