The successful candidate will manage the team and the activities related to structural protection of technical buildings, power conditioning, back up, HVAC and mechanical installation proper construction, dimensioning upgrades, maintenance and repairs, to ensure telecom grade standards of all network performance indicators.
Manage Technical Facilities team effectively in order to achieve team and individual goals as established, reviews performance, objectives, and plan individual and teams development; adapt team objectives, team structure and sites allocation to the company needs;
Manage budget for Technical Facilities development projects a Technical Facilities buildings network infrastructure operational budget and team operational expenses;
Ensure the fulfillment of all the lease, permits and construction deadlines and quality requirements for the projects and the Infrastructure maintenance targets;
Manage contracts portfolio and perform contract negotiation for all the suppliers and service providers;
Support innovative solutions implementation to improve processes, activities, technologies and reduce costs and increase internal customer satisfaction;
Supervise and implement safety programs and policies for technical facilities;
Promote intra- and inter-departmental process improvement;
Provide regular evaluation of team goals status and project status and take the appropriate measures for improvement - weekly or monthly, as appropriate;
Manage the team development plans, behavioral objectives and demonstrated use of core company values;
Supervise, create, update and deliver reports requested by superiors and customers
University graduate – Electrical, Electro technical, Mechanical or Construction
Over 5 years in Electrical, Mechanical or Construction field - 2-3 years previous experience on a similar job (telecom) will be considered an advantage
2-3 years experience in people management
Fluency in English
Customer oriented, analytical thinking, very good resources administrator
