RESPONSABILITATI

Rol: Sustine strategia companiei si prioritatile departamentului Customer Operations conducand sau participand activ ca reprezentant al departamantului in proiecte, direct sau prin intermediul subordonatilor sai.

Responsabilitati:

- Reprezinta Departamentului Operatiuni Clienti in proiecte cross functionale sau conduce direct astfel de proiecte, armonizand interesele, identificand riscurile si modalitati de contracare a acestora.
- Preia din departamentele client ideile de proiecte, se asigura de alinierea lor cu strategia, initiaza si coordoneaza implementarea proiectelor.
- Se asigura ca este respectat procesul de livrare proiecte agreat la nivel de companie.
- Se asigura ca case-urilor pregatite sunt acurate si fezabile.
- Face recomandari de procese si proceduri necesare pentru a asigura realizarea obiectivelor departamentului Operatiuni Clienti.
- Faciliteaza prioritizarea proiectelor initiate de departamentul Operatiuni clienti, o agreaza cu managementul urmarind maximizarea beneficiilor.
- Are responsabilitatea informatiilor despre departamentul Operatiuni Clienti din cadrul analizelor de costuri si beneficii.
- Este responsabil ca managementul sa fie informat de statusul proiectelor, de beneficiile si costurile cuantificate.
- Coordoneaza analize postimplementare.
- Cunoaste si intelege strategia departamentelor tehnice in ceea ce priveste planul de inlocuire, upgrade sisteme.
- Conduce oamenii din echipele sale intr-o maniera inspirationala cu scopul de a crea o echipa unita si aliniata valorilor companiei si de a asigura dezvoltarea angajatilor ca sa aiba rezultate permanent mai bune in pozitiile pe care le ocupa.
- Recruteaza si dezvolta talente si se asigura ca oamenii din subordine sunt motivati si primesc suport.

- minim 1 an experienta de project management;
- minim 1 an experienta coordonare oameni;
- abilitati de sustinere prezentari;
- orientare catre client;
- abilitati de comunicare;
- management al timpului;

- abilitati de negociere;
- competenta de imbunatatire procese;
- abilitati operare PC- MS Office;
