Required a well qualified & experienced person having sound knowledge of Precast technology application in the field of mass housing . He must have run a similar factory as production head . The person is required to join an Indian project which involves setting up a Precast housing components factory. The company has already placed orders for german and local Indian machinery . Such a person may join Indian company immediately from the foundation laying / factory set up stage depending on his availability . His main contribution shall be to enable technology adoption. He shall enable smooth start of commercial production as well as erection of building from the produced components in the initial period . The selected candidate will also assure adequacy of planned machinery for the target production , will train Indian manpower and supervise production and erection activity.
The selected person shall be key member of the Technical team . Good knowledge computers including civil engineering related technical programs , ability to work hard and to adopt to local work culture essential , english proficiency desired
