Coordinates and manages all the promotion policies of the hotel, including direct sales, sales requests, sales administration;
Issues the sales and marketing plan of the hotel
Creates and implements special programs in order to meet targets through:
- increase of the average tariff
- increase of occupancy
- increase of the business level
- increase of the business level in difficult periods
- increase the sales level of the food and beverage activities
Organises and participates to major sales activities and specific PR programs;
Participates directly to creating advertising supports;
Participates directly to promotional materials issuing;
Elaborates the Sales Department statistics – indicators (occupancy, average tariff etc.), various specific sales reports.
Professional formation:
1.University degree
Experience:
1.Minimum 5 years experience hotel sales and marketing activities
Professional requirements:
1.Excellent knowledge of English language – a second language would be advantage
2.Computer skills (Office, Fidelio, Corel, Photoshop etc.)
3.Sales, communication, negotiation techniques
