RESPONSABILITATI

- Supporting the development of the Human Capital practice in Ernst & Young, Romania and South East Europe.
- Developing and delivering business over multiple client engagements in the Performance & Reward area
- Building a team of senior consultants/consultants.
- Holding revenue responsibilty of approximately 400,000 euros with a team of 3-4 consultants
- Ensuring that quality/risk management and commercial processes ( billings/collections) are run smoothly and effectively

Understand business trends and emerging human capital practices of the client’s business and industry to develop and present solutions to prospects and clients. Manage client relationship to secure mandates from existing and new clients. Involvement in commercial negotiations, achieving revenues and profit targets

Develop and implement marketing/sales strategies and relevant methodologies in the Human Capital domain for the Romanian and South East Europeon market. Prepare business plans and network with industry leaders to provide business leads for the practice.

Prepare proposals, presentations, engagement letters, interim presentations on deliverables, final reports . Make presentations at critical assignment stages to the client and team with the objective of closure and signoff on the recommendations.

Develop and coach team, foster teamwork with feedback and training, performance reviews and implementing individual development plans.

Functional expertise in the areas of executive compensation, equity incentives, performance management, mergers and acquisitions (due diligence/integration), hr strategy/policy, employee engagement, attracting/retaining talent, HR Outsourcing and setting up the HR function for a new company.


CERINTE

Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management. Prefer an engineering, commerce, science degree prior to MBA and a prior work experience of 1-2 years before the management degree.

At least five- six years experience working as a consultant or as a HR professional in the industry. Stability and depth in prior assignments will be an asset.

Hands on experience in Compesation, Performance Management/Equity Incentives, HR Strategy/Policy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employee Satisfaction/Communication, HR Outsourcing. Flair for presentations and documentation ( including computer applications).
