RESPONSABILITATI

As the Manager for Global Online Media team, within the Online Business unit of Avira , you will be responsible for overall customer acquisition strategy and advertising. From the day one you will have the opportunity to influecne the strategic direction through key initiatives in SEM, Display Advertising, Download Portals Management and Social Media. You will be the driving force behind Avira advertising initiatives and international growth strategies.

Your responsibilities

- manage SEM campaigns on different platforms such as Google, Binf, Facebook, Yandex etc
- execute test, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns at a global level
- perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization with the help of bidding management tools such as Marin or Kenshoo
- keep up to date with paid search best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools and industry research
- achieve targeted ROI and Ad Spend for SEM campaigns on a monthly basis
- SEM budget planning and recommendations
- tracking KPIs for all initiatives and reporting key insights and roadmap to the management
- manage the Social Media initiatives in line with the overall company growth strategy
- recruiting and team management


CERINTE

- at least 3-5 years of SEM experience, with a strong background of planning, buying and managing Paid Search campaigns for multiple clients; agency-side experience preferred
- comprehensive understanding of keywords research, grouping, and management, including working with negative keywords and the various match-types to achieve campaign success
- experience optimizing SEM campaigns through ad copy, keywords, geo-targeting and landing page optimizations
- knowledge of the broader digital marketing exosystem including 3rd party ad servers and programmatic media buying
- google adwords experience is a must
- experience in web analytics technology such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc
- experience with bid automation tools ( Kenshoo, Marin, DoubleClick Search) is a plus
- strong analytical and organizational skills and highly detail oriented
- passion for staying up to date with constant learning in a rapidly evolving environment to gain competitive edge
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- excellent organizational skills and abillity to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources, including offshore teams.
- must be a self-driven and motivated about getting results fast and finding solutions
- ability to cope with changes and adapt to the changing market situations
- experience with Campaign Management/ CRM systems is a strong plus
- experience with security products/companies is a strong plus
- experiece written and spoken English is a must
- French and/or Italian language skills is a strong plus
