-at least 5 years of experience in project management for large projects;
-at least 3 years of experience in coordinating a technical civil division;
-estimation experience, site management experience (advantage);
In this challenging position your main focus is:
- business development for new projects
- supervises the execution of building projects
- contract management and monitoring delivery terms;
- determines project requirements in terms of human resources, quality, time-schedule, equipment, and materials;
- estimates costs and monitor expenditures;
-applying technical knowledge of various construction methods to the basic principles of planning, organizing, financing, managing and operating a construction project;
