RESPONSABILITATI

Reporting to the Manager National Key Accounts, you will be responsible for:
- The direction, coaching and performance development of the KFRo KA field sales team and 3rd party merchandising services provider;
- Developing field execution strategy for both KFRo & 3rd party for all KA’s;
- Ensuring achievement of KPI at store level;
- People & Team management;
- 3rd party project management.


CERINTE

- University Degree, preferably in economics;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (experience in a multinational FMCG company / multinational KA would be an asset);
- Thorough knowledge of KA business & strategies, as well as of FMCG market;
- Basic finance and analytical knowledge ;
- Strong interpersonal, selling & negotiation skills;
- Good planning & organizing handiness;
- Very good PC knowledge (MS Word, Exl, Ppt);
- Fluent English;
- Clean driving license;
- Residence in Bucharest.
