RESPONSABILITATI

Ensure that Credit and Collection policies, procesess and procedures are implemented and followed at a department level. Is responsible to allocate people at work in an efficient workflow, to measure and monitor performance of the employees, motivate teams and ensure that department objectives are constantly met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Monitors on a daily basis the staff performance, ensures direct reports meet their individual objectives and perform to established standards. When needed, takes timely action to coach, develop, and train direct reports in order to improve their performance. Recommend quarterly and bi-annual performance rating.
-Participates in the recruitment, selection and orientation at work.
- Ensures direct reports are motivated and developed to fulfilling their job requirements and displaying needed competencies
- Organizes and distributes people at the work places, allocates other resources (e.g. computers, software, desktops, headsets, etc.) and monitors daily activities of his/her team as planned and scheduled, evaluates and reports status of objective achievement and team results, takes corrective action within departmental guidelines when needed.
- Acts as second escalation level and resolves as quickly as possible, difficult service issues escalated from first level of escalation by following company policy.
-Communicate the Company’s goals & objectives into manageable tasks for the team and ensure full understanding among team members
-Replicate Credit & Collections best practices across countries within the team and ensure that process documentation is continuously updated
- Ensure adherence to Sarbannes-Oxley & other guidelines, and support internal & external audits
- Build & maintain long-term relationships with customers & key stakeholders
- Create and implement tactics for his team(s) in alignment with department strategy. Execute the actions and coordinate
-Overviews processes within Credit and Collection departments, advices, adjusts and implements process streamlining and/or change within business process management to better harmonize resources to the benefit of the organization. Respond to business needs by continuously using, maintaining and improving tools and systems specific to his/her area.


CERINTE

-Fluency in English is a must. French language would be a plus.
-Very good people management skills – previous experience in people management is a must
-University degree in relevant field (economics is a plus)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Organized and very detail oriented.
-Excellent computer skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Oracle Applications)
-Ability to multi-task, including juggling and prioritizing numerous projects at the same time, often under strict time constraints.
-Ability to maintain composure despite tight deadlines and high demand environment
-Ability to communicate effectively and calmly.
-Flexibility in work schedule, including availability during evenings, weekends and major holidays
-Business acumen
-Results oriented, beeing able to deliver excelent results even under tight deadlines
-Good negotiation skills
