- Sustain the Company strategic objectives by leading the International Collections team, activating on the USA market;
- Assure the team is operating professionally, ethically and in the best interest of the Company, clients and employees;
- Set up together with top management team (located in USA and Romania) the appropriate collection strategy agreed for new clients and / or update strategies for existing clients;
- Lead the development and implementation of department related policies, programs and systems;
- Manage the International Collections team being responsible for people management related processes: recruitment and selection, performance management, team development etc.
Our client has become the leader in Romania in the field of Credit Management Services, working with well known International and Romanian Companies.
- University graduate with at least 4 years of working experience in a multinational environment, with 2 years of people management experience in collection/call center field;
- Positive and client oriented attitude;
- Proven leadership, time management, drive for results and problems solving capabilities;
- Self-starter person and able to work under pressure;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both English and Romanian);
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- American English knowledge would be a plus;
- Understanding of USA collection market would be a plus;
- Availability to work night shifts;
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
