RESPONSABILITATI

Communicates the objectives of an audit and planned other services to the client engagement team and establishes/communicates team members’ roles in the audit
Serves as a trusted business advisor by providing client management value-added advice related to the client’s needs
Provides input and guidance in the development of, as well as the review of, the Audit Planning Memorandum, Audit Approach, detailed audit programs, including strong analytical review procedures and Summary Review Memorandum
Provides concise and well-written reports
Manages audit engagements—including providing on-the-job training, monitoring the time of the client engagement team, developing strategies and procedures to improve audit effectiveness and efficiency, making full use of the firm’s engagement tracking systems, implementing timely billing and collection strategies, and coordinating client service involving personnel from other firm practice units.
Organise trainings to promote the changes in standards
Understands the banking business and products
Understands and has knowledge about the regulatory framework (e.g NBR norms)

Develops and maintains strong working relationships with client personnel, particularly executives, throughout the year and continuously improves our clients’ satisfaction by identifying and addressing their needs through inquiries, listening to their response, and suggesting action that may involve introducing services provided by the firm’s practice units to the client
Prepares memoranda, working papers, and other documents in conjunction with serving the client (e.g., proposals, engagement letters, management letters, reports on other attest services).

Fosters teamwork by maintaining cooperative relationships with client engagement teams (e.g., sharing staff’s and senior’s time with other engagement teams), contributing to positive work environments, facilitating the resolution of conflicts, sharing information, and accepting and providing constructive feedback


CERINTE

Undergraduate degree in accounting, master’s degree in accounting and/or undergraduate or master’s degree and has achieved certification
At least 5 years experience working as an auditor for a public accounting firm or possesses particular business/industry experience to meet special needs.
Different courses and degrees in accounting, auditing (ACCA, CECCAR, Chamber of Financial Auditors and others)
Computer skills
Knowledge of ERP
Knowledge of core banking systems
English – advanced level (business English)
Other languages are considered an advantage
