RESPONSABILITATI

Roles and responsibilities:
• Develop the actuarial services of KPMG on the Romanian market
• Build and coach the Actuarial Services team in Romania
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Review all actuarial assignments offered by the actuarial team to clients
• Liaise with the audit teams in order to provide actuarial opinions within the audit seasons
• Deliver actuarial training to clients and KPMG employees
• Ensure the compliance with KPMG code of ethics
• Constantly promote KPMG brand (participate in business events, client relationship, membership of specific associations etc.)
• Responsible for all people management related issues (manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, learning and development etc.)
• Display up to date technical knowledge by attending all mandatory training, completing all required computer based training within deadlines set and applying this training to advisory work where appropriate
• Comply with all confidentiality policies of KPMG and applicable regulatory authorities.


CERINTE

Education:
• University Degree (Economics, Mathematics)
• Certifications

Experience:
• Min 10 years experience within insurance and/ or banking sector
• Solid knowledge on actuarial audit and advisory services
• Previous experience in a business development role
