We are looking at the moment for a Manager for the Transaction Services team for a multinational consultancy firm in Bucharest. Experience in transaction services would be useful but not essential. This position would suit an Audit Senior, Assistant Manager or Manager who wanted to move into TS or FAS.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the planning and management of mid to large scale transactions, co-coordinating financial due diligence work and reporting accountant work (including working capital reports, profit estimates etc), reporting directly to the Director/Partner and acting as the main point of contact with our client. In addition you will be expected to work as part of full service diligence team (including tax and legal specialists), liaising and building relationships with financial advisors/investment banks, legal advisors, commercial diligence providers, corporate lenders, investors and other stakeholders on an agreed scope of work.
We also have other positions in TS and a lot of positions in audit.
