What are we expecting?
-To represent our Bank/Branch image in the relation with clients;
- To increase the sales of Branch products;
- To establish the first contact with the clients and plans specific future activities;
- To maintain a good relation with the existing clients and makes cross selling for the new products;
- To learn the characteristics of our Bank¿s products and continuously benchmark with the market to improve and customize them based on the needs of the clients.
What are we looking for?
- Undergraduates or graduates with Economic background (graduates of 2005 and 2006);
- Very good command of English;
- Previous experience in sales will be a plus;
- Active participation in student projects and student organizations;
- Customer and result oriented, dynamic, enthusiastic, creative, motivated persons with very good interpersonal skills and team spirit.

- Management Trainee (MT) Program has been established to bring a continuous flow of talented future leaders into our organization and to oversee their development within the context of a structured training program.
