For one of our clients, a multinational company activating in FMCG, we are looking for a Management Trainee.
Responsibilities:
Improving information flow and optimization by developing a knowledge management IT solution using specific tools (portal, collaboration, electronic forms, electronic document management etc.);
Providing back up and support for BIS Manager;
Maintaining project plans and performing specific project management activities;
Monitoring budgets.
University degree, preferably in Computer Science;
Knowledge/experience in areas/tools like intranet/ extranet portal, online collaboration, document management and electronic forms;
Fluency in English;
Project management abilities;
Able to manage relevant technical resources;
Specific technical abilities are a plus;
Business process knowledge is a plus.
