- To develop a management reporting chart of accounts based on IFRS, with detail description of the elements to be included under each category line and mapping of statutory accounts to the management accounts;
- To align planning accounting assumptions to actual accounting methodologies used;
- To validate current accounting treatment across all legal entities;
- To drive the management reporting process and to prepare monthly management financial statements (P&L, BS) by business and product;
- To own monthly management reporting package to be distributed to SMT;
- To work closely with FP&A Product Managers and to support them in the preparation of monthly actual variance analysis vs plan and prior periods;
- To ensure aligned mapping of statutory/IFRS/ US GAAP CDR accounts by liaising with the Controllership team;
- To prepare regular monthly/quarterly reports to be submitted to shareholders (GE, Dogus Group);
- To work closely with the FP&A Product Manager to provide accurate estimates to be submitted to shareholders;
- To consolidate the company plan and report it to the shareholders.
- Min. 3-5 years of reporting, controllership experience;
- Excellent English knowledge;
- Advanced Excel, Power Point user;
- Business Objective, SQL, ACCES programming is an advantage;
- ACCA, CIMA, intermediate would be an advantage;
- Very good knowledge of statutory banking accounting rules, IFRS and US GAAP;
- Ability to work with and across different functions (mainly controllership);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- High-level of energy and a can-do attitude.
