RESPONSABILITATI

To ensure correct and complete revenue and cost accounting of the assigned Business Segment in compliance with internal control and Financial Procedures.

Profit and Loss Account
• Ensure all cost sources (Field cash, accruals, payroll, intercompany, inventory, fixed assets, etc.) processed to the General Ledger,
• Assist Business Analyst in revenue reconciliation
• Ensure adequate level of accruals for costs invoiced/paid periodically and record all necessary journal vouchers,
• Monitor recharges,
• Obtain Managers approval for recharges-in,
• Process recharges-out as requested by Managers and/or Business Analyst,
• Prepare FP20 P&L draft for Business Analyst review,
• Prepare meaningful FP20 commentary on P&L results and cost variation,
• Assist Business Analyst in forecasts and budgeting process,
• Coordinate and process recharges for hosted employees

Balance Sheet
• Prepare meaningful balance sheet notes monthly for BA and Financial Center Manager review,
• Reconcile GL balances with subsystems (prepayments, inventory, fixed asset, receivable),

Internal control
• Ensure all transactions are processed in compliance with internal control procedures,
• Assist B.A. and Business Segment Managers in inventory and fixed assets physical counts,
• Assist B.A. in the implementation of corrective actions,
• Assist B.A. and CFC Manager in field audits,
• Ensure compliance for all accounting transactions processed.


CERINTE

· Economics University degree;
· Minimum three year practical computerized accounting experience;
· Experience in a Big Four company can be an advantage;
· Fluency in business English mandatory;

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong concern for the order, quality and accuracy of his/her work, proactive attitude, don’t give up, very good communication skills.
