- Explore operator network O&M outsourcing requirements, develop competitive, customized network O&M solution strategy, i.e managed services solution to satisfy operator’s needs;
- Be responsible for designing and developing managed services business and profit mode;
- Research managed services business in Romania telecom field and do competitor analysis in general and for dedicated projects
- Develop OSS/NMS requirements and define and agree OLA’s with internal departments to support implementation projects
- Explore and define internal and external training requirements for MS staff
- Define SLA’s, OLA’s and KPI’s both for internal and external
- Be strong familiar with eTOM and ITIL frameworks. Also knowledge of ISO 20 000 is required.
- Provide the assistance to managed services bidding and delivery for managed services successful operating.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
- Energetic and studious; be able to travel within Europe on long term basis.
- At least five years work experience in Telecommunications industry. Familiar with O&M management mode of Telecom Operators and Managed Services operations mode of telecom equipment. Candidates familiar with wireless network O&M and possess practical network O&M management experiences are preferable.
- Familiar with managed services business mode, at least three years developing or bidding experience in managed services field.
- Familiar with all relevant network management procedures and processes. Able to prepare O&M policies.
- Familiar with customer service procedures including provisioning, service activation procedures
- Familiar with network O&M outsourcing requirements, and having strong services solution developing capabilities and communication competence.
- Candidates with ITIL Service Manager Certification and a lot of experience in eTOM framework are prefered
- Fluent in English language (both written and oral).
- Willing to work in other European countries for long time
