- Responsible for Managed Services project development.
- Explore Operators’ O&M outsourcing requirement, develop competitive O&M solution strategy.
- Be responsible for designing and developing managed services business model and solution.
- Research managed services business in local European telecom field and perform competitor analysis for dedicated projects
- Be responsible for definition of MS capability improvement program.
- Explore and define internal and external training requirements
- Provide the assistance to managed services bidding and delivery for managed services successful operating.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent. Holder of a MBA is preferred.
- At least 10 years work experience in Telecommunications industry, with at least 5 years sale or delivery experience in managed services.
- Familiar with network O&M outsourcing requirements, and having strong services solution developing capabilities and communication competence.
- Fluent in English language (both written and oral). Additional language is preferred like German, French, Spanish, or Mandarin.
- With the chance promote to company European region.
