Our client, a multinational company providing integrated business, technology and process solutions on a global delivery platform are looking for a Customer Care Dispatches with: English and Swedish, Finish, Norwegian/ Danish, and English with Dutch.
- Take calls from the customer for various technical issues;
- Record the calls in the system ;
- To track, if customer's problem has been attended by field engineers;
- To escalate if the customer is not attended in the stipulated time frame.
- Fluent in both English and one of the following languages: Dutch, or combination of Nordic Languages (Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian/ Danish);
- Graduates/undergraduates;
- Familiar to SAP will be a big plus;
- Familiar with business Environment;
- Analytical and team player;
- Available for full time program;
- Flexible to various starting hours.
