- Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Identify, qualify, and visits prospects
- Uses consultative approach on existing and new accounts, sells services by addressing existing and/or future business needs
- Proactively maintains existing accounts and ensures high levels of Client Satisfaction through services and solutions that meet their needs and through after-sales support
- Is responsible for assuring existing customers loyalty
- Negotiates sales conditions with assigned customers within the margins defined by the Company
- Makes sure the signed contracts are implemented in accordance with company rules and procedures
- Develop Sales Action Plans for the customers in his/her allocated portfolio. Proposes SAP and other corrective actions to management in order to achieve established targets
- Actively follows market’s trends and evolution and closely monitors competitors’ activities and initiatives
- Follow-up leads, generates new orders
- Collaborates with other departments in order to develop customized solutions for the customers
- Ensures that activity reports are accurate and completed on time
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments of the company.
- Relevant experience in consultative sales (telecommunications/software preferred) with proven track record of success
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Able to take decisions and handle responsibilities
- Good understanding of the sales process and techniques
- Problem-solving attitude, optimistic mindset
- Flexible, communicative, adaptable
- Team player
- Willingness to travel.
- Good knowledge of English language
- Valid driving license
