For our client, a multinational company active in telecommunication field, we are looking for Call Centre Agents.
The Call Centre Agent will have to:
- Handle incoming calls from customers;
- Negotiation and advise concerning the best solutions for client;
- Operating requests in a quick and satisfactory manner for the client;
- Provide information on inquiries regarding specific services and products.
To successfully complete the requirements you should have:
- Very good command of English
- Very good computer knowledge
- Very good technical skills (CISCO certificate would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of IP, networking administration and technologies such as GSM/UMTS, etc
And you should be:
- Student or graduated
- Customer oriented
- Dynamic, friendly, with very good communication skills
