For our customer, one of the most well known companies in telecommunication industry, we are searching for an experimented Account Manager that is used to work with major accounts. He/She will have to fulfill these tasks:
- Sales targets realization across external partners;
- Recruitment candidates on partners and supporting them in order to launch partnership;
- Managing cooperation across partners within belonging portfolio;
- Sales animation through partners in order to create solutions;
- Sales staff supporting and coaching across partners;
- Relations with partners in allocated portfolio maintaining for realizing assigned tasks;
- Partners satisfaction and development in order of partnership taking care;
- Partnership process and standards across partners implementing and realization monitoring;
- Planning and organization of the work of partners and sales staff across partners;
- Monitoring and performing fulfilling of partners contract across partners in order to assure full using of the potential of subordinate area;
- Reporting and analyzing sales results achieved across partners;

- University degree in a technical discipline or economics;
- 3+ years sales experience within high technology company (IT system integrator);
- Selling skills to major or key accounts;
- Practical experience with achieving goals;
- Proved relationship within service providers;
- Able to lead phone calls on execution level or otherwise;
- Multi tasking ability;
- Understanding of major customers business organizations and their buying IT solution;
- Understanding value chain supply approach for complete solutions;
- Negotiation and closing skills ability;
- General understanding of legal contracts;
- Written and verbal communication skills;
- Strategic thinking and initiative ability;
- A good knowledge of English;
- Driver License B Category;
