you should know that your key responsibilities, according to your position, will presume, among the others:
- to provide a high degree of pipeline maintenance knowledge to the maintenance execution teams;
- to direct and control he implementation of the General specific Maintenance Services Contract;
- to achieve all the objectives related to: Maintaining of the Technical Integrity of all Production Assets, External Relations, HSE and Staff Management, Commercial performance;
- to provide expert knowledge in achieving technical integrity, reliability and availability of key production equipment;
- to ensure that maintenance options are selected based on reliable performance data;
- to establish when jobs will be done and what resources can be best applied;
- to provide the work execution team with a complete work package and minimize waiting times and other execution inefficiencies under control;
- to provide Oil and Gas Production Process know-how in support of Maintenance Management efforts;
- to identify in a pro-active way: areas, systems and equipment adversely affected by production processes and propose remedial action;
- to contribute to the overall effectiveness and economy of the General Maintenance Services efforts of the company;
- to ensure agreed availability of electrical equipment by technical inspections and high quality repairs;
- to achieve maximum technical benefits by ensuring company standards and specifications are maintained on production facilities;
- to provide technical leadership and guidance to the maintenance execution terms.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- University degree in any of the Engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical or Instrument);
- at least 5 to 15 years of solid working experience in maintenance in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Plants / Industry;
- the ability to prepare documents and reports;
- team-player abilities and/or managerial skills (if position requires);
- excellent command of English language (verbally as well as in reading and writing);
- good knowledge of all standard IT-tools.
