- Minimum 2 years of experience in a position of management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (in daily maintenance of industrial equipments)

- Ability to make decisions and persistence in carry them out
- Ability to work in high-stressed conditions
- Very good command of English language
