- Re-organizing the maintenance department and coordinating the activity of the mechanical and electrical team;
- Participating to the elaboration of the investments plan and determining together with other departments the investment needs (modernization of equipment, installing new equipment for launching new products, etc);
- Managing the facility systems (hot/cold water, electricity, installations, waste water treatment plant);
- Planing the preventive maintenance of factory equipment and coordinating the repairs of damaged equipment;
- Collaborating with the Purchase Department for the selection of suppliers;
- Preparing monthly reports to underline the progress of investments status and update the budget & cash flow.
For one of our clients, a multinational company producer of sanitary products and ceramic tiles, with more than 17.000 employees in 45 factories over 4 continents, we are looking for an Maintenance & Investments Manager that can comply with the following requirements:
- Technical university degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Installation fields;
- Minimum 3 years experience on a similar position, in production environment;
- Ability to identify problems and to come up with appropriate solutions;
- Experience and ability in coordinating a team;
- Results oriented and ability to comply with deadlines;
- Fluency in English.
