- Coordinate building maintenance activities
- Prioritize maintenance projects and assure that all the activities are delivered in due time
- Supervise implementation, security, effectiveness and quality of projects
- Identify and solve all the maintenance issues
- Bachelor degree in Engineering/ Installations/ Energetic
- 2 years experience in a similar position
- Fluent English; German is an advantage
- PC skills
- Excellent communication skills
