RESPONSABILITATI

- liaising with clients (client interaction is vital and sales assistants working with higher priced goods will need to provide a highly personalised approach);
- advise customers on the location, selection, price, delivery, use and care of goods available from the store, with the aim of encouraging them to buy and to return to buy in the future;
- take special orders for items not currently in stock, or not normally stocked, and notify customers when the items have arrived;
- stocking, replenishing and cleaning sales areas;
- operate cash registers and payment;
- offering advice to customers;
- dealing with customer complaints;
- utilising specialist product knowledge;
- price, stack and display items for sale, and keep the store tidy and attractive;
- working schedule: 11:00 to 20:00, including Saturdays, with availability to work in shifts.


CERINTE

- previous luxury goods work experience (previous experience in luxury goods retail would be a plus);
- at least proficient in English (other foreign languages knowledge would be a plus);
- great communication and selling skills;
- excellent understanding of luxury goods products and customers needs;
- strong commitment to this work;
- very neat, agreeable, pleasant, diplomatic, tolerant and patient person;
- customer orientated.
