- Receptia cantitativa a produselor si a documentelor justificative insotitoare (incarcarea stocurilor): verificare, manipulate, sortare, depozitare a produselor si pastrarea documentelor si a fluxului informational din companie in bune conditiuni.
- Inregistrarea receptiei produselor (marfurilor) in ep@ss, cu evidentierea diferentelor cantitative +/- si informarea diviziilor, departamentelor si conducerii GPL asupradiferentelor constatate le receptia produselor.
- Manipularea, impachetarea, pregatirea livrarii produselor (in special a marfii) in baza facturilor si a dispozitiilor de livrare emise de divizii si departamente.
- Confirmarea descarcarii stocului de produse (marfa) in ep@ss prin inregistrarea iesirii produselor in urma emiterii dispozitiei de livrare de catre divizii / departamente.
- Mentinerea in bune conditiuni a fiselor de inventar in format electronic (ep@ss).
- Verificarea periodica a stocului de produse ( in special de marfa ) si reconcilierea lunara cu diviziile / departementele proprietare ale stocurilor, precum si cu contabilitatea.
- Participarea la inventarierea stocurilor de produse ( in special de marfa ) organizate de companie in conformitate cu legile romanesti si a reglementarilor interne ale firmei.

Experienta:
Min. 1 an experienta pe o pozitie similara
Experienta in derularea operatiunilor de logistica
SAP constituie un avantaj
Cunostinte de specialitate: operare calculator/Microsoft office avansat
