RESPONSABILITATI

• Configures, tests, and maintains LTE EPC equipments and related services
• Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems
• Deploy, monitor, perform diagnostics and make changes to network and information systems components.
• Work with Operational skill center experts and vendors for advanced troubleshooting. Real time investigation and troubleshoot issues in accordance with customer impact.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted affiliates.
• Perform preventive actions and systems performance tuning and recurring tasks
• Differed time analysis and monitoring of network infrastructure, trigger and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure the system exceeds the performance targets and related KPIs
• Understand affiliate network design and make recommendations as needed to support capacity growth and harden network security
• Perform regular security checks according to internal security policies in place to identify any possible intrusions.
• Implement next changes in the production environment in full autonomy or with the vendor’s support
• Contribution to the acceptance of new systems in production platform
• Validates networking specifications and functionalities for new components
• Provide expertise for system proving and validation phases

Education and experience:


• Telecom degree with at least 3 years experience in an operational Telecom environment in a large company.


Specific Competencies:


• Solid knowledge of 2G/ 3G mobile core networks in particular SGSN, GGSN and LTE.
• Good knowledge of IP protocol, routers and IP based technologies
• Fluent in English
