RESPONSABILITATI

Creation of marketing conception for Corporate loyalty and retention program.
Participate in the process to identify the Corporate customers long term behavior.
Propose and implement mechanisms to ensure a permanent customer feedback collection and propose solutions to integrate the voice of the customer to capture stated and unstated needs or requirements in business decisions.
Participate in planning and managing of the customer satisfaction program.
Assess, propose, implement, manage loyalty programs as frequency programs, club marketing programs.
Participate in building the communication plan for Corporate customers in order to ensure the roll out of the loyalty programs and recomand marketing personalizing messages.
Coordinate the activities related to loyalty, retention and churn management.
Ensure a corect priority, coherence and consistency of loyalty, retention and churn activities within the loyalty and retention program.
Analyse and provide status information on related activities to highlight key issues and propose solutions.
Participate in transversal activities and projects and offer specialized support.
Develop close and effective internal relationships with all departments, including Marketing dept, Corporate Customer Services dept, Sales, Finance dept, Technology dept.
