- Develops, updates and follows-up implementation of standard operating procedures for cigarettes imports and exports;
- Review of all documentation related to the import and export functions of the entity;
- Plan transportation and select appropriate service providers, ensuring PMR needs are satisfied on a day-by-day basis;
- Manage relationship with customs authorities and brokers;
- Participate in contract negotiations, pursuing opportunities to optimize costs and improve service quality;
- Verify and approve the daily working documents issued by agents;
- Motivate people, appraise and develop staff and team concept.
- 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Management, with proven experience in international trade;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in budgeting, planning and contract management;
- Excellent planning and organizing skills, highly motivated, able to work with minimal supervision;
- Strong customer service orientation, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Solid knowledge of international trade laws;
- Proficiency in English.
