Reports directly to the Logistics and Purchasing Manager
Support the raw materials logistic division to meet its customers needs
Communicate with the packaging contractors and ensure on time and proper delivery of packages
Prepare and execute proper production and logistics planning with all necessary data taking the free capacities into account
Maintain a scheduled production flow with the deadlines settled in the production plan
Prepare proper documentation and its regular supervision
Organize proper production planning in line with logistics with the available human resources and machinery
Take close control on roles and responsibilities and technology, manage human resources of the unit in order to maintain the accepted product quality and work flow
Maintain close contact with other units: purchasing, warehousing, quality control to anticipate problems and facilitate work flow
Prepare and maintain daily operative instructions
Monitor continuously the quality of the operating equipment, prepare investment plan for production and logistics
University degree
2-3 years experience in packaging and raw materials logistics
A team player who is able to work independently as well
Able to work with Microsoft Office
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
