Support the finished goods division to meet its customers needs
Communicate with the shipping contractors, the factory and with the clients
Prepare and execute proper production and logistics planning with all necessary data taking the free capacities into account
Maintain a scheduled production flow with the deadlines settled in the production plan
Prepare proper documentation and its regular supervision
Organize proper production planning in line with logistics with the available human resources and machinery
Take close control on roles and responsibilities and technology, manage human resources of the unit in order to maintain the accepted product quality and work flow
Maintain close contact with other units: purchasing, warehousing, quality control to anticipate problems and facilitate work flow
Prepare and maintain daily operative instructions
Monitor continuously the quality of the operating equipment
For one of our clients we are looking for a
Logistics Specialist
University degree
2-3 years experience in finished goods logistics
A team player who is able to work independently as well
Able to work with Microsoft Office
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Modern working environment
