Deals with railway authority and transport/forwarding companies;
Plans and coordinates shipments by railcars and trucks as per contracts terms;
Responsible for goods (sfm/sbm/crude oil) deliveries from and to Podari plant;
Responsible for the permanent flow of sfs to the plant (no shut downs due to lack of commodity);
Payment to services providers and approval into the system;
Creates transportation accruals and allocates invoices against them;
Keeps updated records file for different truck companies;
Keeps MBS records updated;
Training for new employees regarding logistics procedures;
Customs formalities for export and import, relation with APIA;
Update of cargo movements with commercial team
University degree
1-2 years of experience in a similar position
English: medium
Good computer skills
Knowledge of Romanian railway/truck transport regulations
Knowledge of Customs legislation
Stress resistant
Good communication skills
