Coordinates the transit operations
Plans the transit and the operations of custom clearance
Checks and confirm the imports in the system (invoices, DVI, goods)
Coordinates and monitor the operations of picking and delivering orders
Controls of deposit transfer, inventory, stock conciliation
Verifies invoices for Logistics services (transit, deposit, distribution)
Monitors the activities of the Logistics Department
Creates reports and presentations requested by the Logistics Manager/CFO
University degree.
Minimum 3 years experience, preferably within multinational company.
Very good knowledge of English language.
Very good command of Word, Excel.
Organized person, attentive to details, able to set priorities.
Team worker.
