RESPONSABILITATI

- To ensure all equipment sales orders are allocated ;
- To ensure all emergency orders are allocated ;
- To ensure all non equipment orders are allocated;
- To monitor the stock replenishment process ;
- To prepare replenishment orders in the system and monitor them until goods are delivered to the main warehouse;
- To manage lead time management in terms of quality, cost and delivery schedule
- Monitor delivery time and investigate due souts for each order;
- To prepare daily reports related allocated versus unallocated orders ;
- To communicate order progress and products availability to Logistics Manager;
- To contact various planners indicated by the Logistics Manager in order to receive a faster allocation;
- Handle customer complaints in conformity with the Company rules ;
- To monitor the goods discrepancies issues and to prepare the indicated documents in order to close in time all discrepancies issues ;
- To prepare daily reports about the status of each open discrepancy ;
- To assist sales in terms of special deals/ special orders, which require a different approach to/by Romanian Custom Authorities;
- Perform other duties, which may be reasonably required by Xerox from time to time
- To communicate with the customers in a professional way to meet their requirements and enhance their satisfaction
- To perform all activities as instructed by immediate manager
- To follow the Xerox Romania quality procedures


CERINTE

- Computer literate (SAP knowledge would be a plus)
- Technical skills
- English language - medium level
- Relevant experience would be a plus
- Detail oriented
- Very good communication and planning & organizing skills
