Main Duties and Responsibilities
Performs accurate and timely entry of orders into the ERP system
Calculates and enters initial pricing at the time of order creation.
Monitors and tracks internal customer orders to meet stores requirements
Monitors orders using system reports and communicates progress
Proactively communicates to resolve discrepancies in up-front data preventing accurate or timely order entry.
Interacts with internal and external customers daily through clear and concise written and oral communication.
Reports to Country Retail Manager
Ensure ordering & logistics for 6 stores IT & Telecom (3 x Bucharest, 1 x Brasov, 1 X Cluj, 1 x Constanta)
Generally 2 - 3 years of experience in area of responsibility
2+ years order entry and customer service experience preferred or any equivalent combination of education/experience
Microsoft Office – Excel experience is a MUST
ERP experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail a must
Ability to problem solve, multi-task and work in retail environment
