RESPONSABILITATI

For our client, a multinational production company from the piping field, we are recruiting a
LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

Key responsibilities include:

* Ensuring the transport of the goods;
* Optimization of transport costs;
* Being in permanent contact with back sales regarding the delivery terms;
* Responsibility for the safety of the goods loaded;
* Organization and technical assistance during loading and unloading of the goods;
* Preparing the transport invoices in Docuware for the accounting;
* Ensuring sufficient quantity of goods for each contract and its delivery to the customer;
* Coordinating the external packaging company;
* Optimization of packing, nesting as much as possible where is allowed to;
* Monthly reports concerning the finished goods stock and free stock;
* Contract negotiation;
* Responsible of stock yard and the coordination of stock yard responsible;
* Issue the transport documents in SAP;
* Responsible for custom clearance;
* Responsible for planning of packages to be in stock.


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

* University degree;
* Relevant experience in logistics activities;
* Fluent in English;
* Familiar with SAP;
* PC knowledge;
* Driving licence.
