Responsibilities:

Logistics Support for Research & Development activities in the semiconductor industry.
•Responsible for initiating and tracking mask and wafer orders – liaison with front end manufacturing locations;
•Responsible for initiating and tracking ceramic and plastic sample orders – liaison with back end manufacturing locations;
•Maintain the logistic flow between frontend and backend manufacturing locations and the project team; Responsible for the quality of the communication flow between locations;
•Responsible for setup and maintenance of development related product databases;
•Drive the prioritization of manufacturing slots when necessary; tracking and monitoring the delivery dates;
•Responsible for the accuracy of the information for samples builds (assembly specification, bonding diagram, marking information, test information);
•Responsible for managing engineering samples logistics for laboratories, qualification and customers;
•Responsible for collecting the engineering samples forecast from project managers and aligning the forecast with the manufacturing locations;
•Responsible for clarifying disagreements directly with the partners from manufacturing locations and / or from Research & Development location;
•Escalation in case of delays; preparing product reports upon request;


CERINTE

Education:
•Must be University Graduate;
•Major in Electrical Engineering would be highly appreciated due to technical nature of the flow;
•Know how regarding complex industrial manufacturing flows would be appreciated;
Experience / Knowledge:
Required:
•Strong communication skills with regard to cross-functional and multicultural teams;
•Strong skills of organization, planning and tracking / controlling;
•Accurate working style, attention to details, precise data maintenance;
•Good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel);
The following are appreciated:
•Knowledge of frontend and backend processes in the semiconductor industry flow;
•Experience in production planning;
Other requirements / Foreign Languages:
•Must be fluent in English language;
•Conversational use of German language is highly appreciated;
