RESPONSABILITATI

* Manage Logistics Parameters on SAP, Scout and other system solutions
(primary focus on ESS shipping points).
* Control daily operational activities on EMEA SAP instances and
downstream systems capturing Logistics master data.
* Interact with various businesses and IT teams on synchronization of
parameter changes.
* Ensure 100 % Logistics Parameter Maintenance data accuracy by
implementing and performing regular controls.
* Drive process and system optimizations related to Logistics
Parameter Maintenance (LPM). Raise cost reduction / quality improvement
opportunities for LPM and related processes.
* Provide support and consulting to Biz Units and Cross-Organizational
process improvement initiatives.
* Participate in BU or cross-organizational projects in order to set
up, implement and maintain (new) business requirements and models.
* Deliver input for best-practice sharing and harmonizing of Logistics
master data management across different Biz Units.
* Update process documentation to capture all performed process
improvements.
* Involvement in different task execution for invoice printing/emailing; e-notification setups, maintenance and proposals of turn-around-time’s according to analysis.
* Leading quarterly meetings for LPM 1 pager report creation and monthly providing the Balance Score Card report.


CERINTE

* University (graduate) degree
* Minimum of 5 years experience in Logistics and Master Data /
Parameter Maintenance
* Proven knowledge in SAP parameter maintenance
* Strong analytical and technical skills (data extraction and
analysis, statistics, MS Access)
* Strong analytical and technical skills to be able to implement and
perform data analysis and accuracy checks using standard tools (e.g. Excel,
Access, BO).
* Result and performance driven approach, strong problem solving
skills and techniques
* 100 % commitment to quality
* Ability to collaborate end-2-end and willing to take ownership.
* Proactive communication skills across different levels of the
Organization
* Ability to work independently and on a project team
* Fluency in English
