• Project management, from the project idea until the implementation, in cross divisional teams;
• Creating new standard operational procedures and implementing them together with our operational departments;
• Defining operational reporting ,analyze current operational situation and coordinate specific activities;
• producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
• Acting like a consultant for the LSP and for the colleagues involved in daily operational tasks, settle the KPI;
• Keeping a close contact with our clients to understand their logistics needs and create projects out of these;
• Building up benchmarks for our internal processes and for the LSP processes.
• University Degree (preferably Technical and/or Economics studies);
• Minimum 3 years experience managing Logistic activities in FMCG/Retail;
• Stock management /transport management;
• Consumer Understanding (Assessing and Interpreting Marketing Research);
• Market Category Strategy Development (Defining and Understanding the Market Category and Segments);
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), ERP specific program;
• Very good knowledge of English – fluent;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Project management and Time Management.
