RESPONSABILITATI

General role description:
Logistics Manager has comprehensive responsibility for the planning of transports and the materials acquired based on open policies.

Logistics Manager acts under the straight supervision of Plant Manager and he / she is responsible, mainly, for the following tasks:
-The drawing up of open policies (materials and transports)
-The management of warehouse and the ensuring of material flows (the materials acquired based on open policies)
-Cooperates with Sourcing function of Ruukki Construction
-Subcontractors' audit
-Cost analyses.

Job description:
-Charts and chooses transports and suppliers with whom establishes open policies (prices, delivery terms, quality etc.)
-Plans the level of storage (alarm limits) and ensures the sufficiency of the material in the warehouse. Orders materials
-Coordinates and ensures material flows according to JOT principle
-Plans, acquires and ensures element transports according to the dates of site deliveries
-Prepares the loading documents needed for the delivery of element packages and is responsible for the timely loading and transport.


CERINTE

-University Technical Degree
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position- experience in a manufacturing company could be an advantage
-Very good planning and organisational skills
-Very good communication skills
-English language - very good command
-PC literate: MS-Office - very good
-Driving licence.
