Is under direct supervision responsible for managing customer orders as well as deliveries in the most optimum manner. Works on complex assignments and/or more demanding customers.
Deepens knowledge/skills in one area or broadens ability over a variety of skills. Applies knowledge/skills to a variety of standard day to day activities; identifies unusual technical problems. Responds to client requests in non-standard situations , investigating all the facts. Understands the key business drivers; uses this knowledge to focus own work.


CERINTE

Minimum: University degree (Science/ Technology) or corresponding experience.
Attention to details, Commitment to Excellence, Customer Service Orientation, Problem Solving, Stress Tolerance.

Advanced English language knowledge.

General: Use global tools, interfaces and processes to order, confirm, deliver and invoice goods and services in a specified account. Work together with Logistics Service Providers (LSP) in partnerships related to order management, customs clearance, inbound transportation and MIT/ deliveries. Assist the AM/AD in LE reporting and debtor rotation control. Provide account team support and be actively involved in account team development and strategy. Take responsibility for account related delivery quality (shortage/damage) issues.

Demand Planning: Provide order backlog information to AM/AD for LE maintenance. Update Sales package content. Customer Order Management and Invoicing: Act as key interface to the customer providing day-to-day logistics support. Receive customer orders and enter those into the system in a timely manner. Control the continuos and timely recognition of revenye, based on contract terms. Report Customer Order Backlog monthly, with emphasis on accuracy of the reports. Inventory Management: Follow up and update in a timely manner all inventory transactions, with the intent of minimizing inventory levels. Report Inventory Status monthly, with emphasis on accuracy of the reports.

Deliverables: On-Time Delivery of Complete Customer Packages, Customer Satisfaction, Perfect Order Fulfillment to confirmation date, Order Fulfillment Lead Time, Planning Accuracy, Order Correctness.
