- Organize and distribute/report all related shipping documents (Bills of Lading, Freight Invoices etc) in coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor associated with trucks (non-harvest related) that arrive to the warehouse facility
- Use all necessary means (visit, phone, fax, e-mail) to obtain proper documents for import/export of commercial and parental seeds
- Ensure all SAP transactions assigned are accurate and completed
- Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to correct and inventory inaccuracies
- Secure printing supplies and tags to ensure seed is properly labeled for shipment
- Any other responsibilities and duties delegated by direct superior and which are directly related to employee position
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of job experience necessary
- Any experience in seed production, commercial agriculture, or food industry will be preferred
- Logistics, Truck Scheduling/Dispatching, and Warehouse/Loading experience also will be preferred
- Fluency in English is a requirement
