Logistics Assistant

RESPONSABILITATI

- Carriers and other suppliers (ConOps 3rd parties providers) for Romania Orders/Replenishment execution performance measurement and ConOps process
- Romanian Carriers for invoices accuracy and missing and damages during transportation (M&D) billing and daily carriers’ reporting
- Customs agent for containers’ transit from Constanta to Timisoara
- Interbrands Romania for Wella/Londa ConOps

Internally it is in contact with:
- DC’s for Daily Operations
- Planning - for P&G delivery orders execution status
- F&A for carriers’ invoices booking
- Shipping dept. of shipping sources for effective deliveries for inbound
- other departments (CMO, MKT, F&A, CBD) for ConOps related matters
- F&A – for CS/L Department’s “P2P” activities (invoice coding, etc)

Ensure accurate payments for logistic services
- Check and book the freight invoices for outbound for correct invoicing
- Follow up with on time and accurate payables of P&G transportation invoices
- P2P / duly coding
- At least weekly consolidation/verification of outbound invoices, amounts on Romania

Ensure on time Logistic data reporting
- Track Transit time and Timeliness to loading/unloading for outbound Romania
- Track carrier's performance on outbound Romania including BA observance
- Check and match carriers’ reports with customers’ reports for differences at reception
- Update inbound order status
- Provide daily forecast for unloading in Timisoara

Support Customs clearing process
- Ensure proper documentation for transit of goods arriving in containers from Constanta to Timisoara and follow-up on the customs clearing process and unloading at the destination point;

Support ConOps process
- Enquire Distributors for ConOps costs and follow-up with them on executions;
- Update the Distributors on project logistics and provide them work instructions;
- Participate in Delivery Team Meetings to keep teams informed on ConOps status;
- Provide logistic details for Delivery Team members (pallet configuration, costs).
