¿ Processing sales orders & delivery inquiries from customers
¿ Contact with forwarding partners, organization of transports and coordination of customs clearance
¿ Outbound delivery from local terminal to customers
¿ Communication with Vienna Headquarter for availability & purchasing
¿ Invoicing to customers
¿ Local stock control
¿ Several years experience in supply & logistics preferably in an international trading company
¿ SAP experience (SD / MM) is a major advantage
¿ Good communication & organisational skills, pro active customer minded approach
¿ Flexible and team player
¿ Good English skills
