The successful candidate will assist the Logistics & Crisis Manager in the day-by-day activities, having various administrative responsibilities, such as: office management and all other related duties, editing and updating presentations & reports, handling correspondence of all types (e-mail, fax etc.), updating data bases.
-Bachelor's Degree preferred;
- Excellent attention to detail and follow through;
- Good oral and written communication skills, both in English and Romanian;
- Results oriented;
- Able to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
